B.F. Watson Accounting Services is an established accounting and tax firm headquartered in the Metro Atlanta Area. Our founders Toni and Lei Lani, a mother/daughter team, started the company to help small to medium-sized businesses with their bookkeeping and accounting needs while helping them stay within budget. The history behind the firm dates back to the mid-19th century with its namesake B.F. Watson.  B.F. Watson was the first accountant in the family tree. He also, was very active in the development of the Tuskegee Institute in its early days.

Toni Troutman Partner, Senior Staff Accountant

Toni is one of the founders and the force which drives our company forward. She is an Intuit ProAdvisor, Bill.com certified, Sage certified, and a certified bookkeeper (CB) with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Toni attended CSUS majoring in accounting and minoring in business administration. She has served many small to medium-sized businesses, including start-ups, property management, trades, and many others, helping them maintain their books and accomplish their financial goals. She takes a unique approach towards resolving the financial challenges of each business so that clients can reclaim their time and focus on running their business. Besides her professional life, she loves to cook and has published several cookbooks.

Lei Lani Bostic partner, Full Charge Bookkeeper

Lei Lani, a passionate customer relationship manager, has years of experience delivering excellent customer service. Lei Lani focuses on developing friendly and long-term professional relationships with our clients. She is a licensed claims adjuster for all 50 states and a certified bookkeeper. Her congenial personality, knowledge, and expertise in customer relations and management are what make her an absolute asset to the firm. She is an expert at streamlining procedures and has worked with various entities, including roofing, plumbing, cosmetology, and others, driving their business forward. She enjoys spending time researching her genealogy and helping others to research their family tree as well.

Crystal Green, Senior Tax Advisor

Crystal comes with over 15 years of tax and bookkeeping experience. Crystal’s approach is to help her clients better understand their tax situations and to provide a concrete solution. She is dedicated to offering a personalized plan for her corporate and individual clients. Her passion to help others is what makes her an outstanding advocate. Crystal has an AAS in accounting giving her an excellent understanding of GAAP. She is currently pursuing her credentials as an IRS Enrolled Agent. She is family oriented with three beautiful children that she loves traveling with in her personal time.

Janice Daugherty, Administrative Coordinator

Janice has provided administrative support for over 25 years. She is well organized and ready to assist with any task no matter how big or small. Janice ensures that all client onboarding is smooth and hassle free. She is very knowledgeable about the latest technology, which keeps our firm competitive in the industry. Janice has one daughter and twin sons who are all very successful and driven because of their supportive mom. She also enjoys working out in her spare time.

Louise Morse, Media Manager/Junior Bookkeeper

Louise is our rock star media manager. He is currently in his second-year studies for his BSIT. Louise has worked for companies such as Hewlett Packard and QuickBooks Online as a Tech Support Specialist. He is also studying to become a full-charge bookkeeper and is currently working on his ProAdvisor credentials with Intuit. Louise has a fondness for Theater and Arts and enjoys acting in his spare time.
